Offering open choice for transfers good move but will not serve purpose : Teacher's Forum

Srinagar, March 13 ( RNA): In a statement District President JKTF Budgam Mohammad Maqbool Beigh said that open choice for transfers/ readjustments is a good move but cannot serve the purpose until all the categories PM packages, normal RRT'S, grade-3 teachers , teachers working in different offices, etc shall not be taken on board.
He said proposed transfer list of teachers seems to be much better for breaking mature stay rather than serving any long term purpose.
Dozens of teachers don't get a chance because the school they opted for are preoccupied .
Teachers who were looking for transfer from harder areas to soft areas since long were left on the mercy of Almighty.
Unadjusted head teachers (masters) waiting for proper adjustment since years , "the most sufferers" must be adjusted.
Many Schools.
(PS,HS,MS,HSS) in upper belt of District Budgam are suffering with deficiency of staff having a good number of students , must be provided with the teaching staff ' along with post' on permanent basis instead of temporary deployments . As deployment of teaching staff on rationalisation basis isn't any solution but unproductive use of skilled labour.
High schools who have detached the primary wing because of deficiency of staff should be taken into account.
District President requests the central leadership , chairman, Shri Ganesh khajuria , President, Mr Mohammed Akbar Khan , secretary, Mr Mohammed Shafi and provincial President, Mr Abdul Aziz Malik to take up the issue with higher authorities for immediate redressal .
