Srinagar, March 26 (RNA): The Chairman Jamaat Aitqaad International khwaja Farooq Renzushah While talking to RNA news on its earlier story regarding ACB investigation, said that he has no direct or indirect connection with some serving DDC member .
He said that He has himself given full details to ACB which is working since 2007 on one "anonymous complaint" by identified people ,three major contents of which already proved wrong .The complaint was closed .However, according to Mr.Renzu, "recently maximum closed inquires were re- opened which include Exchange of Land to Mushtaq Chaya which involves exchange of state land being inquired by CBI under court orders ."
" In meantime this inquiry based on anonymous unidentified complaints has been made Subject to formal investigation .This is great point for me as It will unreveal mask of such anonymous complainents . I had chance to record Conversation with one of Clergy closely associated with such forces which were identified by me and belong to Radical Connect having known nexus with such forces ." Said Renzushah in his statement to RNA, adding that he appreciated serious inquiry of the "anonymous Complaint as it has given him constitutional opportunity to get the culprits who fired on him outside Holy Dastageer Sahib Sarai e Baal identified .I am whistle blower who while replying each point of Anonymous complaint identified this most powerful lobby and their connection rather exploitation of Seperatists by visiting daily to their residences and receiving their commands .He said that the same person whose conversation was recorded accepted he was present at Dastageer sahib when i was fired upon and FIR was lodged in 2011 but their were powers in Government who patronized them to force me to take back FIR and intimated me through Anonymous complaints in erstwhile VOK now ACB."He expressed his gratitude to concerned Investigating officers who while investigating each detail of Complaint also received my Statements in writting along all documentry proofs "about this powerful lobby who used all methods to harrass me .This is not appropriate time to reveal all such facts as fair investigation is in progress."
"To put both sides of this investigation by hidden persons and their identification given by me in writting to them .Since ACB can't reveal any investigating material given to them by me personally while fully cooperating with them but I was given full assurance that on my request the FIR lodged on Firing made on me outside Dastageer sahib will also be simultaneously ensured to be completed .I gave full details of each point and what ever required by ACB to satisfy themselves about authenticity of anonymous complaint which was being used to intimediate me to remain silent and not to persue follow up of FIR also lodged on firing made on my person at gates of Sarai e balla to silence Whistle blower and to hide it from NIA premier Agency. " Claimed Mr. Renzu Shah in his statement .
