Only "Cold surgeries" put on hold in Non-Covid Hospitals : Dir Health

Srinagar, May 19 ( RNA): Amid surge in Covid cases, authorities in the health department have clarified that only " Cold Surgeries" have been kept on hold and all emergency surgeries would be conducted at all Non-Covid Hospitals without any " fail". According to RNA, the Director Health Services Kashmir has issued strict instructions to all Chief Medical Officers, Medical Superintendents and Block Medical Officers that all Non-Covid Hospitals under their Adminstrative Control shall ensure providing of 24x7 patient care services particularly with regard to emergency surgical, medical, maternity and orthopedic and trauma.
The orders also states that tirage services shall be undertaken on priority basis. RNA
