DC B’gam holds public interaction at Khansahab
Assures of early redressal of grievances
BUDGAM, OCTOBER 06: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Shahbaz Ahmed Mirza accompanied by all concerned District and sectoral officers today conducted a public interaction programme convened in the office of SDM Khansahab.
The visit was conducted as part of the Block Diwas initiative launched by the Government of UT of J&K to reach out to the public at their door steps and listen to their grievances and issues, besides ensuring spot redressal of grievances.
Various deputations from Khansahab and adjacent areas had assembled on the occasion to apprise the visiting team of district administration about various basic requirements particularly improvement in water supply, improvement of roads, link roads, sanitation of Khansahab town on modern pattern etc.
The DC patiently listened to all the issues and demands put forth by the deputation and directed the concerned officers that whatever issue or demand they can resolve under their jurisdiction shall be executed without prolonging the processes.
However with regard to other demands, the DC assured that he will personally take up the issues with concerned higher authorities.
The officers present during the darbar included SDM Khansahab Syed Ahmed, CMO, CEO, ACD, Ex. Engineers of PHE and PDD, ACP, Tehsildar Khansahab, BDO, SHO and other concerned.
