DAWAT-E-IFTAR ORGANISED BY SHAKTI VIJAY BRIGADE OF INDIAN ARMY FOR THE PEOPLE OF TANGDHAR

Karnah Kupwara April 25 (RNA) : Ramzan Kareem, the holy month of Ramadan is one of the significant events in Islam, also considered to be one of the five pillars of the religion Islam guiding the ‘ummah’ (followers of Prophet Muhammed) towards a healthy and tranquil future. On the solemn occasion , Shakti Vijay Brigade of Indian Army organised 'Dawat-e-Iftar’ on 24 April 2022 at Youth Centre Tangdhar.
The event started with welcome address by Mr Zameer Khan (ESM) followed by a special Ramzan Hamper distribution to all the attendees. The event also witnessed a heartfelt prayer by all the fasting devotees where in special prayer for well being of Indian Security Forces and prosperity of India was conducted by the Khadim of Jamia Masjid Tangdhar.
The event was attended by 60 residents from various parts of Karnah to incl all the sarpanches, teachers, other civil administration personnel and working class individuals from Tangdhar who relished the Iftaar Dawat and offered Namaz in the premises of Youth Centre, Tangdhar.
The Khadim on behalf of all the attendees expressed gratitude to Indian Army on behalf of all the attendees for showing such a pious gesture in the holy month of Ramazan.
