Shah Faesal offers "conditional support" to NC, PDP, othrs
Says, "Give in writing that You won't ally with BJP, we will support you "

Srinagar, July 04 (RNA): Asking National Conference, PDP and other parties to give it in writing that they will not ally with BJP or the forces who wanted to abrogate article 35-A, 370, to get their support, People's United Forum leader Dr. Shah Faesal Thursday said that Kashmir was at cross roads and people should aspire for a change. Addressing his maiden political rally with Er. Rashid in border town Uri, the former IAS topper said that people have been taken for granted by the rulers during last seventy years and now was the time when they (political parties) should ask for forgiveness and sit back at home.
" They have exploited the people from last seventy years. Now they should ask for forgiveness and sit back at home and give PUF a chance to serve the people ."Dr Faesal told the gathering in an obvious reference to NC and PDP, though he did not name them . He added that they have failed the people and the people should now realise that a change was inevitable.
" We have given up lucrative jobs. Even Er. Rashid Sahab would have become minster five times in the past but he refused to side with the same people who have exploited the masses from last seventy years." Said the buracrate turned politician, adding that he had also got chance to join those parties but prefered to stay back at home ,instead of going with them.
According to RNA reporter covering the rally, Shah Faesal said that people must vote for change but at the same time added that he was ready to support any party which gives them in writing that, they will not ally with BJP.
" Let them give it in writing that they will not ally with BJP, we will support them." Faesal said with out naming any party but in obvious reference to NC and PDP. He also asked people to be alert as "they( political parties) will again come to divide Uri on Gujar, Pahari and Kashmiri plank."
According to RNA reporter, Dr Faesal also recalled his visit to the town as MD, JKSPDC, and said the town was of extreme importance as it was between the two countries and had an international importance. He said Uri has been ignored in the past which should now change. (RNA)
