Waheed Jeelani pays rich tributes to 13 July Martyrs

Srinagar, July 13 (RNA): Well known artist, social, cultural activist and member J&K National Conference, Waheed Jeelani, Saturday paid rich tributes to 1931 martyrs and said that it was on this day of July-1931, when 22 innocent Kashmiris were gunned down by the army of autocratic Dogra ruler after the people rose against Maharaja’s rule for their rights
1931 martyrs gave sacrifices for changing the political situation and to empower the people of the state politically and economically as well, Jeelani added.
Waheed Jeelani urged the people to follow the path of these martyrs who gave their blood for the shinning future of the people of our mother land. (RNA)
