Teachers Forum Baramulla demands strict action against the attackers of Hanfia Model School bus

Baramulla, July 15 (RNA): District President Teacher's Forum Baramulla Gh Ahmad Mir has condemned the attack on School students and teachers in Budgam. In a statement to RNA, Mir showed anguish over the incident in which a teacher of Hanfia Model Higher Secondary School, Kreeri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, was hit with an iron rod by locals in Raiyar village of Budgam at around 7:45 pm on Saturday after he along with his colleagues objected to the boys’ filming of the girls, on way back from a school picnic.
Pertinently the incident took place when the school buses had stopped in the village after one of the vehicles broke down on the roadside there,
“Seeing the boys shooting the girls, the teachers pleaded them to delete the video. In the ensuing argument. But in return the goons beat them to the pulp. Jammu Kashmir Teachers forum District Baramulla is condemning this immoral act and urges the authorities for identification and demanded strict action against the culprits. (RNA)
