ZEO B. K Pora hits back at teacher
Says, ''She was on deployment to Hr Secondary, hence had no role in sanctioning the leave."

Srinagar, July 17 (RNA): A day after a female teacher accused her ZEO of not sanctioning the three day medical leave in B.K Pora Zone in Budgam district, the ZEO on Wednesday termed the allegations "false" and said, the teacher was on deployment from last one year in local Higher Secondary, hence she had no role in sanctioning the leave. Speaking to RNA, Zonal Education Officer B.K Pora, Razia Akhter said that the teacher had voluntered for the assignment and the authorties had made it clear in the circular that "No leave" whatsoever would be sanctioned during the 12 day workshop. The ZEO also claimed that the teacher had been creating problems unnecessarily in the past too. She accused Teacher's Husband of " harrasing" her staff and threatening them for not receiving his Wife's leave application.
" This has all happened in my absence. I was busy in the meeting in Directorate and he chose to threaten my staff." ZEO told RNA, adding that since the teacher was on deputation to Higher Secondary School B.K Pora, therefore she should have applied for leave there, instead of approaching to her officr. She however, admitted that the teacher had contacted her on phone. (RNA)
