Proposed strike of medical employes will effect patient care in hospitals
Govt should consider their genuine demands to avoid confrontation: Qayoom Wani

Srinagar, July 19 (RNA): In a press statement PDP leader Ab Qayoom wani showed serious concern about the proposed strike given by medical employees federation regarding their genuine problems especially regularisation of HDF employes and academic arrangement employes besides other demands.
Wani urged upon the govt to initiate negotiation with the employee leaders to pacify the situation by resolving their issues to avoid confrontation.
Wani said that confrontation between employees and authorities will directly effect the patient care in hospitals.
Wani urged upon Governor adminstration especially worthy chief secretary and principal medical college for their personal intervention for resolving this issue so that patient care may not suffer.
Wani also requested the employee leaders to show positive approach so that all the pending issue be redressed amicably keeping in view larger interest of society.
Wani hailed the role of employees of entire health deptt for their service which they are providing to the people of state at difficult situations by putting their lives on stake.
Wani said that keeping in view the services of these employees they need special attention from the govt. (RNA)
