Teacher's Forum Budgam rules Govt. Apathy in resolving Teacher's issues

Srinagar, July 27 ( RNA):  District President Teachers' Forum Budgam,  Muhammad Maqbool Beigh has expressed dismay over the cold shoulder shown by the government in resolving the issues of Head Teachers, un-regularised RETs, EV,s and those Grade-2 teachers whose orders are still pending. In a statement to RNA,Beigh said ,

the behaviour of the governmenand said that he and his organisation has always stood for the rights of his fraternity and shall do whatever possible in restoration of the honour and dignity of the same.
"the head teachers have been made to run from Pillar to post for want of a suitable posting and their salary is a distant dream when it comes to release the same on regular basis. There is hardly any quarter that has budged an inch because of the sufferings of this ill-fated lot", he said in the statement. "Again the orders of some Grade-2 teachers are still pending even after clearance of all formalities, and no one bothers at the helm of affairs," he further added.. Similarly he has raised concerns for the fate of science graduates and those teachers against whose there were adverse reports in this Grade-2 category. Some of them too are left high and dry for want of orders, besides those RETs who are waiting for the REGULARISATION for past seven years and none is heedful of their woes and dispair. There is another category of teachers (EVs) who are suffering for no fault of theirs.
Keeping all these delicate issues in view Mr Beigh said that it was unfortunate that without coming on streets no problem is taken care of by the government and hence he implored upon the government to resolve these issues without taking any further time. He also appealed the leadership at apex of the organisation to painstakingly do something concrete on ground to resolve the issue and come to the rescue of the suffering lot. In particular he requested Shri Ganesh Khajuria Ji, Hon’ble Chairman JKTF, Mr Muhammad Akbar Khan, worthy State President, and Mr Muhammad Afzal Bhat and Mr Kuldeep Singh Bandral, respected Provincial Presidents JKTF for Kashmir and Jammu, respectively, especially the firebrand Senior trade union leader, Mr Muhammad Shafi Rather to use their good offices in this regard.
