Non availability of Anti-rabbies vaccines makes situation worse

Srinagar, July 30 (RNA): Atleast three persons have been injured by street dogs in Handwara this evening. Locals told RNA that dogs were on prawl in Jamia Qadeem near main market injuring more than three people this evening. What has made the situation more worse is the non availability of the anti-rabbies vaccines in the hospital and market.
The locals told RNA that the vaccine was not available anywhere in the market which has made the situation extremely scary and Painfull. (RNA)
