Admin responds to RNA Story, attaches official of MC G’bl, orders enquiry

Srinagar, July 31 (RNA): A day after the RNA carried a story on the alleged bungling in the MC Ganderbal, authorities on Wednesday said that an action has already been initiated in the committee as many complaints were pouring in from different quarters.
Additional District Development commissioner, Shafkat Iqbal told RNA that a Khilafwarzi Officer has been attached and an enquiry led by district Treasury Officer Shaukat Ali has already been initiated.
Pertinently RNA had carried a story regarding the alleged misappropriation in building permissions and other bungling in the MC. locals had demanded a probe from last twenty years. (RNA)
