23 Nominations accepted, 15 rejected in Baramulla LS seat
Srinagar, May 4 (RNA): A Total Number of 23 candidates have remained in the fray in Baramulla Parliamentry Seat after 15 forms were rejected during scrutiny today. The last date of withdrawing nomination is May 6. Those among the prominent candidates whose Nomination papers have been accepted include Omar Abdullah ( NC), Sajad Lone ( PC) and Mir Fayaz ( PDP).
A total number of 17,28,501 voters spread over four Districts , Baramulla, Kupwara, Bandipora ( Full) and Budgam and Beerwa Assembly segments are eligible to vote in the constituency. A total number of 2103 Polling Booths have been established in the LS segment.
