Sgr-Jammu highway still not restored for traffic

Srinagar. Jan 04 ( RNA): The Srinagar -Jammu National Highway has still not been rrstored for traffic and remains closed for the 3rd consecutive day today.
It was blocked due to the landslide at Digdol near Iron Stand on Wednesday night.
Media reports qouting oficial sources said that about 1500 trucks and about 30 or 35 LMV s are stranded between Digdol and Nowgam, Banihal; 4000 trucks are stranded between Mir Bazar, Quazigund and Lower Munda while as about 2900 trucks are stranded in Udhampur sector. RNA
