LeT millitant Nisar Dar arrested in Srinagar

Srinagar, Jan 04 ( RNA) : The forces have arrested a Lashkar millitant
from a local hospital in Srinagar late Friday night. Media reports suggest that the arrested millitant has been identified as Nisar Ahmad Dar who was arrested by the Special Operations Group of the Jammu and Kashmir Police from SMHS Hospital in the city.
Dar, according to media reports had earlier escaped from an encounter in Kullan Ganderbal in November 2019, and was now allegedly planning an attack on security forces.
However, security forces in Srinagar launched an operation along with local police on Friday and nabbed him. A sizable amount of arms and ammunition was seized by the forces after he was arrested, said the reports.
