GPF (Central Rules) 1960 implemented in J&K

Jammu, Jan. 08 ( RNA) : The government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered the extending Central Services , Rules for General Provident Fund in the union Territory. According to RNA, a Government Vide Number 07 -F of 2020 Dated 08 -01-2020 has been issued by the financial Commissioner , finance department on Wednesday .
“Consequent upon repeal of the Jammu & Kashmir Provident Funds Act, (Svt.) 1998 as per Jammu & Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019, the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules, 1960 shall apply in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir with effect from 31st October, 2019.” reads the order. RNA
