Way of peace goes through J&K : Mehbooba

Srinagar, Mar 20( RNA): Former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti here on saturday said that the way to peace passes through Jammu and Kashmir and added that "unless the roads leading to Pakistan and other side of Kashmir are not restored the peace can't prevail in Kashmir."
Speaking to the media, Mehbooba said that people in Kashmir are being forced to face problems, the government pushing the people on the walls, there should be a good response to peace offer given by Pakistan.
Added that "At least 3500 students from Kashmir, who are pursuing MBBS and Engineering in Pakistan are not being allowed to reach their colleges and are being stopped at wagah border and are asked to provide different certificates." She alleged .
Regarding the parliament delegation's on going Valley visit, Mehbooba said that the delegations will come to kashmir frequently and the certificates being provided by the government that everything here in Kashmir is safe and there is no issue or conflict due to which people face hardships ,if they came here to check situation of valley the report certificates must be given by the local people of Kashmir who face the hardships and summoning of property and other taxes , RNA.
