Four dead, one missing in Cloud Burst in Rafiabad, Baramulla

Baramulla, Sep 12 ( RNA): Four persons have died and one missing in a cloud burst in Rafiabad area of Baramulla district. A senior officer in the Disaster Management told RNA that the cloud burst hit the Hamam Markoot area of Upper belt of Rafiabad overnight killing four persons of Gujar Bakerwal community who had gone there of cattle grazing whereas one was still missing. All the dead are said to be hailing from Rajouri district.
Meanwhile Disaster Management authorities have further said that,
" During the intervening night of 11/12 th September 2021 a cloudburst occurred in upper belt of Dangiwacha at Hamam Marcoot Jurisdiction of P/S Dagiwacha Sopore. Police and SDRF teams rushed to the spot and 4 dead bodies have been recovered. They have been identified as:
01. Mohammad Tariq Khari age about 08 years S/o Mohammad Farooq,
02. Shahnaza Begum age about 30 years W/o Mohammad Farooq Khari,
03. Naziya Akther age about 14 years D/o Mohammad Farooq,
04. Arif Hussain Khari age about 05 years S/o Mohammad Farooq residents of Kalsiyan Nowshera Rajouri."
They added that one person namely Mohammad Bashir Khari age about 80 years S/o Chandi Khari R/o Kalsiyan Nowshera Rajouri was still missing. RNA
