Srinagar, July 22 ( RNA): Former Police Officer and Social activist Shabir Ahmad Shah has expressed heartfelt condolences with the Bedar Family of Pattan on the demise of former MLA Ghulam Qadir Bedar. The deceased was the father of National Conference leader and former senior Police Officer Javid Reyaz Bedar.
