Two injured in road accident in Handwara

Handwara,Apr,10 ( RNA). :In an accident which happened near crossing of Warpora Handwara here on Friday evening ,a pillion rider and his colleague were injured after a Tata Sumo passenger vehicle hit the motor bike near village Warpora in Handwara area.
Villagers told RNA. that a Pulsar-bike under registration number JK-05F 4319 was hit by passenger Sumo under registration number JK-09 6474 at village Warpora area of Handwara in North Kashsmirs Kupwara district, resulting injuries of two persons on spot.Both injured persons identified as Jeelani Ahmad and pillion rider Ab Qayoom Ganaie residents of village Nadihal of Baramulla district.
Soon after accident both injured was evacuated to District Hospital Handwara with the help of local citizens and J&K Police,wherefrom both of them have been referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for immediate treatment.
Meanwhile, a police officer also confirmed the accident to (RNA) and said investigation in this regard taken up.
