DYS&S organizes cleanliness/ awareness programme in Block Lar
GANDERBAL, OCTOBER 08: Continuing the programme of Clean India, the Department of Youth Services & Sports Ganderbal in collaboration with Zonal Physical Education Officer Ganderbal today organized a cleanliness and awareness programme at Block Lar, Maternity Hospital Watlar and its surroundings.
During the clean India drive all field staff along with office staff of Zone Tullamulla and sports loving students participated.
Around 15 kg of polythene/ plastic and other waste material was collected for the safe disposal.
District Youth Services & Sports Officer, Sheikh Shafkat Iqbal and Zonal Physical Education Officer Tullamulla, Irshad Ahmad along with departmental officials and Sports loving students took an awareness programme about the cleanliness of the environment.
Cleanliness is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle and important for physical well-being and a healthy environment which should be followed by everyone.
