Basharat Bukhari tests positive for Covid-19
Urges contacts to get themselves checked

Srinagar, Jan 15 ( RNA): Former minister and People's Conference senior leader Syed Basharat Bukhari has been tested positive for COVID on Saturday. Mr. Bukhari has immediately gone in home isolation along with his spouse.
In a tweet, the former minister urged all those who had come in his contact in last few days to get themselves checked .
" I just tested positive for Covid-19. Whosoever came in contact with me in the past few days, please get yourselves checked. Pray for my speedy recovery & be safe. Stay blessed." Tweeted he.
Family sources said that though his spouse was tested negative , but she has mild symptoms and chose to go in home isolation also.
This is the second time the former minister has been tested positive since the outbreak of the pandemic in early 2020. He along with eight family members including parents had contracted the virus during the first wave and had to be hospitalised for many days. RNA
