Article 35-A "Sub Judice", additional forces sent following intelegence inputs : BJP
Blames Mehbooba for "creating confusion"

Srinagar , July 28 (RNA): In an attempt to clear air, the BJP on Sunday has said that Article 35-A was " Sub-judice" and dispatching additional troops to valley has nothing to do with it. According to RNA, senior BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain in a TV debate this evening blamed PDP President Mehbooba Mufti of creating Confusion. When asked if there was any truth in the rumours about " abrogation of 35-A" , the BJP leader said, " Article 35-A is sub-Judice. The additional forces have been sent there because we had intelegence inputs.And they have gone for protection."
He said that when they would be abrogating Article 35-A , they will make announcement and would not do like this. He added that local politicians know that nothing of that sort is happening, but they are deliberately creating Confusion. He added that for now , the issue is in the court.
According to RNA, Hussain however, clarified that BJP's stand on the special Status of J&K is known to all, but added that the issue is being raked up by PDP President only to become relevent .
" PDP has been marganilsed . That is why they are resorting to such statements ." Said Shahnawaz Hussain.
