Shoiab Lone says, never knew about any complaint with Crime Branch

Srinagar, Aug 01 (RNA): Expressing shock over the FIR lodged by Crime Branch Jammu against him, Senior Congress leader and former MLA Shoiab Nabi Lone has said that he never knew , there was a compliant against him in the Crime branch and added that nowhere on the earth was a law that would allow any investigating agency book a person without even letting him know about the complaint and devoid him a chance to defend himself.
Speaking to RNA, lone said that the complainant has been already booked in fraud in the same case in Kreeri Police station and the case was under trial in Baramulla court .
" How can a second FIR be filed when the case is already in court and that too against the complainant himself." Shoiab Lone told RNA, adding that the most surprising thing was that the Crime branch neither informed him about the complaint nor did send the FIR copy , instead it chose to send the same to media to defame him.

"There is an FIR against the complainant Harmeet Singh In police station Kreeri and police station Chani Himmat for his involvement in financial irregularities and e-mail hacking respectively. Harmeet sing is already being investigated by crime branch Srinagar for his frauds and financial irregularities in Alpine fresh Pvt ltd." Lone told RNA .
He claimd that
Harmeet Singh diverted fraudulently one crore ninety three lakh and fifty three thousand rupees to his personal account in 2018.For this an FIR against him stands registered in police station Kreeri vide Number 52/2018 Under sections 380,420." Said Lone, adding that
Baramulla court has even issued a non bailable warrant against the accused Under section 420 and 467 RPC. (RNA)
