No question of removing article 35-A secretly, if it is done, it will be discussed in Parliament: Governor

Says, Mehbooba is more trouble maker


Srinagar, Aug 03 (RNA): Revealing that Prime Minster has told Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah that they had no agenda of removing special status of J&K but the focus was on holding the assembly elections , Governor Satya Pal Malik Saturday evening said that , there was no imminent possibility of trifercation, or removal of article 370 and 35-A. According to RNA, Mr. Malik in an interview to a Delhi based National TV Channel said that though BJP had a stand on the special status of J&K, but he doesn't think there was any plan of scraping it at this point of it. He however, said that if at all, this happened , it would not be done secretly but will be introduced in parliament, debated and voted upon which will be Infront of all. He said nobody can do it secretly and said people must not pay heed to rumours. He accused mainstream political parties of resorting to fear mongering and said Mehbooba Mufti was the main trouble maker. According to RNA, regarding the deployment of additional forces, Governor said that they will replace the Personale who have been here since Panchayat elections . (RNA)
