Srinagar, 22 June (RNA) : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have expressed profound grief over the demise of Khawaja Muhammad Muzaffar Bhat.
It is germane to mention that the deceased was the son of noted socio-political figure and former parliamentarian Khawaja Ghulam Qadir Bhat.
In their condolence message the duo prayed for eternal peace to the departed in the highest echelons of Jannat and much needed strength to the bereaved to bear the inconsolable loss with fortitude. Dr Farooq also extended his condolences to the bereaved family over a telephone call.
Party’s AGS Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamaal visited the bereaved household in Ganderbal today. Joined in by the party's local unit functionaries, he offered Fatiha for the deceased.
Among others Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Senior leaders Choudhary Muhammad Ramzan, AR Rather, Muhammad Shafi Uri, Mian Altaf Ahmed, Mubarak Gul, Muhammad Syed Akhoon, Party MPs Muhammad Akbar Lone, Hasnain Masoodi have also shared in the grief of bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul in the highest realms of Jannat.
Meanwhile Dr Farooq, and Omar Abdullah have also condoled the demise of wife of veteran journalist Muhammad Shafi Samdani. Sharing in the grief of the Samdani household, they prayed for peace to the departed and strength to the bereaved.
