Delhi Court defers hearing Ink attack case on Er Rasheed till 19th October.

New Delhi, Sep 13 (RNA) : A Delhi Court today fixed the 19th of October to proceed the hearing in the case lodged against activists of Ram Senha for carrying out ink attack on President Awami Ittihaad Party AIP Er Rasheed in 2015.
Er Rasheed told the Court through VC when the matter was taken up for hearing that it was unfortunate that it took Delhi Police eight years to submit chalan in the court against accused frangs and that too without recording the statement of Er Rasheed.
Er Rasheed asked the Court that he be provided with all the relevant documents the accused Ram Senha activists before proceeding further in the matter.
