Arrangements for Panchayat Secretary Exams finalised in Sopore

Sopore, November 29 (RNA) :A meeting was convened today at Dak Banglow Sopore, addressing the upcoming Panchayat Secretary Examinations conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB). The meeting, presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore, Mr. S.A. Raina (JKAS), who serves as the Nodal Officer for District Baramulla, along with Additional Secretary of JKSSB, Mr. Pirzada Zahoor (JKAS), played a pivotal role in providing important instructions to the appointed Superintendents. During the meeting, Addl Secretary Mr. Pirzada Zahoor conveyed vital instructions, acquainting the Superintendents with the prescribed procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps) to be strictly adhered to during the examinations scheduled for December 10, 2023. Emphasis was placed on maintaining appropriate seating arrangements, imposing a ban on the use of electronic gadgets, and ensuring candidates possess their Admit Cards and ID proofs. Nodal Officer for District Baramulla, Mr. S.A. Raina, urged the Superintendents to communicate effectively with the administration, highlighting any essential requirements for examination centers to facilitate the smooth and efficient conduct of the exams. This collaborative effort aims to uphold the integrity and transparency of the Panchayat Secretary Examinations, ensuring a fair and secure environment for all candidates.
