AICC Observer Raises Concerns Over Affidavit Discrepancies in Jammu MP's Filings


Jammu, April 25 (RNA) : Mr. Naresh Kumar Gupta AICC Observer/Coordinator 5-Jammu Parliament Constituency addressed a press conference regarding contrary & mismatch details in the affidavits in 2019 and 2024 by Mr. Jugal Kishore Sharma-MP. Mr Sharma has filed his nomination papers in 2019 where he has deposed that he is one of the partner of Himgri Infrastructure Dev. Co. along with Mrs. Mamta Singh W/O Mr. Nirmal Singh and Mr. Kavinder Gupta, they sought 29 crore of lone facility from J&K Bank against the work for construction of 3 Mega Wall Power Mini Project in Chamba Distt of Himachal Pradesh.

 
They drawn last installment amount of Rs.4 Crore, in August 16 and got then declared as NPA. The H.P. Govt. recalled/cancelled the allotment order.
 
Previously Mr. Jugal Kishore Sharma has disclosed his liability 34 crore, and now in 2024, the said MP deposed liability only Rs. 20 Lac without annexing any NOC from the Bank. Wherefrom he has cleared his liability.
 
Since the chief Election Commission has circulated communication that valuable voter has authority and right to know about your candidate.
 
This issue has been circulated/ viraled at large scale level, the RO/CEO has not taken any cognizance about the issue.
 
We request the Chief Election Commission of India to get the matter investigated through some agency about contrary deposition, which is no mismatch between two affidavits about the liability how it has been reduced from 34 crore to 20 lac only in 5 years.
 
ECI should direct the police to lodge FIR in this issue, said Mr. Gupta.
